The United Kingdom Dividend Achievers™ Index is comprised of companies incorporated in the United Kingdom. To become eligible for inclusion in the Index, a company must be incorporated in the United Kingdom, and have increased its annual regular dividend payments for the last five or more consecutive years. In addition, Mergent applies certain additional screening criteria to ensure a stocks liquidity and investibility. The United Kingdom Dividend Achievers™ Index is calculated using a market capitalization weighting methodology. The index is reconstituted once a year after the close of business on the last trading day in January and rebalanced quarterly.

• Select issues of companies that are incorporated in the United Kingdom.
• Select issues that have paid increasing regular cash dividends in their respective local currency for 5 or more consecutive years. This is determined by summing the gross dividends paid in a calendar year based upon ex-dividend date
• The Index is weighted using a free float adjusted market capitalization. This is accomplished by dividing a constituent's free float adjusted market capitalization on a particular date by the sum of all the constituents' free float adjusted market capitalization
• The Index is reconstituted once a year after the close of business on the last trading day in January
• The Index is rebalanced quarterly
• Issues are removed from the Index at any time for corporate actions
• The weights are determined December 31, March 31, June 30, and September 30 for trading the first business day in February, May, August and November
• Index is rebalanced for corporate actions
