The Dividend Achievers™ Select Index is designed to track the performance of dividend paying companies that meet the "Dividend Achievers™ Select Index" requirements. To become eligible for inclusion in the Index, a company must be incorporated in the United States or its territories, trade on the NYSE or NASDAQ, and have increased its annual regular dividend payments for the last ten or more consecutive years. In addition, Indxis applies certain additional screening criteria to ensure a stocks liquidity and investibility. The Dividend Achievers™ Select Index is calculated using a modified market capitalization weighting methodology. The Index is calculated by the American Stock Exchange under the symbol DVG since March 29, 2006.
